Answers before you ask
What counts as a user?
Anyone who logs in and builds or reads a pulse. Alert recipients in Slack do not count, so you can send a pulse to a whole channel without paying for the channel.
Is there a per-event charge?
No. Your events already live in your warehouse and you already pay to store them. Charging you again per event would be charging for the same rows twice.
What happens when the trial ends?
The workspace drops to Starter. Nothing is deleted, your pulses stay where they are, and the ones beyond the Starter limit go read-only until you upgrade.
Do you offer a discount for early-stage companies?
The founding-cohort discount is the answer: −40% locked for the life of the account if you join cohort #2 before 30 June 2026. It does not expire when you raise.
Can we pay annually?
Yes, and annual billing takes two months off the Growth and Scale prices. Invoicing, POs and bank transfer are available on Scale.
