Why we built this

Maya kept exporting CSVs at midnight

Northbeam started in Pagrati in March 2024, after Maya Korovesi had written the same Looker tile at three different companies and Lior Avraham had watched five internal A/B platforms go unused. Their thesis is uncomfortable: most product analytics tooling treats PMs like analysts.

We are seven people in Athens. Maya runs every onboarding call herself for the first 100 customers, and Lior reviews every pulse query for the first six months.
